Description

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Handles employee issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
  • Conducts investigations into workplace issues including, but not limited to, complaints of unfair treatment, discrimination, hostile work environment, harassment, and retaliation.
  • Provides support to employees with benefit questions and issues.
  • Assists with communication of benefits information and offerings to employees and managers.
  • Serves as a partner with Talent Management to support the management of the organization's human resources related systems.
  • Provides support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves or 401k and resolves any issues that may arise.
  • Ensures compliance with labor regulations.
Knowledge and Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of Human Resources and/or employee relations experience.
  • General knowledge of compliance laws and regulations associated with HR disciplines, including employee relations, benefits, wage & hour, and leaves.
  • Ability to quickly and accurately analyze large quantities of information to make appropriate and consistent employment recommendations.
  • Strong communication and customer skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with both individual contributors and leadership.
  • Ability to multi-task in high stress and strict deadline situations.
  • Effective utilization of computer systems including company and industry related software for essential job functions.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentially.
