Primary Purpose of this Position:

Responsible to provide human resources support for employees throughout Ball Corporation, Ball Global Beverage, Ball Aerosol, or Ball Aluminum Cups for a specific client group within the Colorado Campus.

What will you be responsible for?

• Provides HR support for major projects. This may include project management, recruiting and selection of qualified applicants, administration of the layoff and termination process.
• Provides advice and support to management and employees regarding employee relations issues and misconduct. Leads investigations, partnering with HR colleagues and legal.
• Administers policies, procedures, practices, and systems that ensure legal and effective operation of the employee relations' function.
• Creates positions and job postings, partnering with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Reviews and audits the performance management process for the division.
• Assists with the development and implementation of affirmative action plans.
• Delivers training to include new hire orientation and compliance training.
• Coordinates activities when needed with HR colleagues and leaders when activities are outside of North America.
• Acts as the first point of contact for workers' compensation and other issues on the Colorado campus.
• Conducts exit interviews and processes all of the necessary paperwork for terminating and retiring employees.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Management, Human Resources, or relevant field
• Job related experience for 3 - 5 year(s) minimum
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
• Human resources principles, practices and procedures

Compensation & Benefits

• Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) or more days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). [Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.]
• Hiring Salary Range: $72,900 - $109,250 (Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
• This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
