Skills: Required: • Establish and maintain an SAP Testing/QA Testing Plan. • Manage detailed test plans for all test cycles such as System Integration testing, Load and Performance testing, Dry Run testing and User Acceptance testing • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, streamline processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality testing services to our customer • Apply customer expectations, industry standards, software development, and engineering knowledge to assist teams within the program to define, document, maintain and improve processes. • Develop logic for extracting useful information from large datasets to enhance decision-making and operational efficiencies. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with other business processes. • Train new team members on testing roles, objectives, and expectations for the program Preferred: • Strong oral/written communication skills; ability to message at the right level depending on the audience • Demonstrated proactivity and sense of urgency • Strong interpersonal skills to influence/motivate people who are not direct reports • Ability to perform in adverse/tight timeline situations • Demonstrated Quick thinking, positive and can-do attitude
