The Industrial Engineer will focus on designing, testing, and evaluating integrated systems for managing operational processes. It will concentrate on human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics, cost analysis, and guest coordination. The Industrial Engineer will also coordinate key studies, provide ad-hoc analysis, and produce key metric reports. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for effective communication to Business Improvement & Quality leaders and the internal clients. This is a remote role, but needs to reside in the Central Florida area.

How You'll Shine:
  • Conduct Industrial Engineering analysis, particularly in operational planning support, workload planning and forecasting, capacity utilization, and productivity/process improvements
  • Ensure that the appropriate methodology, measurements, tools and quantitative techniques (e.g. data collection, computer simulation, statistics, process flow analysis, etc.) are applied in projects
  • Lead and participate in team efforts and work on projects which require interfacing with all levels of associates and management
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis - Create and support ad hoc data collection and reporting and conduct ad hoc business analysis on various business systems (e.g. labor, sales effectiveness, etc.)
  • Performs other duties as needed


Travel Requirements:
  • Approximately 25% travel expected


What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering or related program
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, expectations, and competing priorities independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written/oral communication skills
  • Effectively communicate/collaborate with various levels and departments both internally and externally
  • Self-motivated with the ability to be flexible in shifting priorities and focusing on critical tasks
  • Ability to work independently under time constraints in a fast pace dynamic environment with a positive professional attitude
  • Ability to complete tasks accurately, timely, and with a sense of urgency
  • Detail oriented with a passion for accurate reporting
  • Demonstrated analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Vacation Ownership and survey experience helpful but not required
  • Knowledge of developing predictive models a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office technical skills required (Excel/Word/ PowerPoint/SharePoint).
  • Experience with Business Intelligence applications and Task Efficiency Performance tools a plus
  • 1 or more years of industrial engineering, process analysis, reporting, predictive modeling, data mining, and/or statistical experience.
  • Extensive internship experience is also acceptable
