Title: Inside Sales Rep

A repairs and services of Industrial Electronics, Servo Motors, AC & DC Motors, Hydraulics and Pneumatics as well as the onboard electronics associated with Pneumatics.

Specialize in hard to find, hard to repair equipment from all industries - farm, auto, hydraulics, high voltage

Must have 2-3 years of outbound sales experience

Industrial B2B experience

Must be able to hit the ground running

Have a sense of urgency and strong presence

Know how to talk to people

Could be talking to past customers that they couldn't fix their equipment before

Will be required sell the benefits/what they offer

Think out of the box and be creative

3 weeks of training sitting with other sales reps/side by side
