This is a contract to hire opportunity!

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

$17-$19 /hr + $500 monthly commission

Will get a company cell phone

Training: 3 weeks

Must have 2-3 years of outbound sales experience

Must have Industrial B2B sales

Looking for motivated individuals to help build the Account Management sales team.

Candidate must possess sales experience (inbound/outbound call center preferred), good speaking ability, a persuasive attitude, and a desire for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making 85-100 outbound calls per day
• Will be responsible for developing customer relationships to grow business
• Building your own pipeline from referrals
• Experience with CRM and Salesforce
• Will be responsible for creating, sending, following up on RMA's
• Must be able to type 30+ wpm
