What You'll Do:

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Support Specialist include but are not limited to:
  • Provide inside sales support to regional sales staff to accomplish sales goals
  • Review sales data and reports to assist in identifying sales opportunities within specific districts or zip codes
  • Learn and use Lottery software programs to review sales and ticket information
  • Maintain extensive and up-to-date inventory of Point-of-Sale materials
  • Coordinate the instant lottery ticket return process for the region
  • Provide customer service to customers and retailers
  • Assist prospective retailers with completing their applications
  • Assist with processing customer claims and placing the prize amount on credit cards according to procedure
  • Research discrepancies in retailer ticket orders
  • Report stolen or missing ticket inventory
  • Provide front desk administrative support coverage in a backup capacity
  • Take supplies to the Lottery Sales Representatives in the field and/or to retailers when needed
  • Use a walk behind forklift to move inventory
  • Perform other duties and work on special projects

Qualifications
30 months experience or 30 months training in secretarial/administrative professional field.

-Or completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college; 12 months experience in secretarial/administrative professional field.

-Or 12 months experience as Administrative Professional 2, 16872.

-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
