Zachary Piper Solutions is in need of a IT Project Manager - Configuration to support a NAVY program in San Diego, CA. This is a hybrid position located at NIWC Pacific. The position requires an individual with expertise and extensive experience in technical programs, technical program management, agile software development, and specific experience with Configuration Management within a DevSecOps environment. Contractor support shall improve processing, cybersecurity, hardware and software, exploitation, and BMC2 capabilities across all warfare domains.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage configuration management of system and software applications across development environments and fielded systems for multiple baselines at multiple classification levels.
• Create and maintain all Configuration Management (CM) processes and provide updates and recommendations for process improvement.
• Identify the needs for build automation, designing, and implementing CI/CD solutions, and design action plans to address CI/CD platform/tools/solutions' shortcomings and difficulties.

Qualifications Include:

• Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Five (5) or more years managing various System Environments hardware and software components to maintain a known configuration managed posture.
• Experience with US Navy and other DoD Enterprise and Experimental C5I systems and Networks (e.g. CANES, DCGS-N, NIWC PACIFC RDT&E)

Compensation Includes:

• $140,000 - $160,000 *depending on experience*
