The position in SRF is one of five administrative staff supporting SRF's forty-two investigators and auditors. The Administrative Specialist selected for this position will be responsible for maintaining SRF's registration files, to include setting up initial registration applications, organizing amendment filings, assigning files to an SRF examiner, and archiving old files. Entering, retrieving, and coordinating data maintained on the registration database with the data in other systems is also a function of this role. Organizing amendment filings and processing applications and/or renewals are additional duties of the selected candidate for this position. This Administrative Specialist will also process incoming mail daily, enter check and ACH payments into the Division's electronic systems, and perform other related duties as assigned.
