Office hours are:

7 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday

7 AM to 11 AM on Friday
Job Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing support to the HR department in various areas including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent time management skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The Human Resources Generalist will also be responsible for maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Provide support to employees regarding benefits administration
  • Provide support to the HR department in various other areas as needed
  • Leave administration, including FMLA
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources preferred
  • PHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred
  • Familiarity with ITAR and OFCCP compliance a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
