Insight Global is seeking a Labor & Employment Paralegal to join an AM 100 law firm out of their Houston office. The ideal candidate with have a minimum of 3 years labor & employment experience, including litigation or trial support work, has document management and drafting experience as well as eFiling at the State and Federal legal. Texas filing experience is a must. This individual will also be required to draft discovery requests & responses & Rule 26 disclosures, manage the litigation databases and assistant in trial. Strong working knowledge of eDiscovery is preferred. This is a hybrid role, sitting in the office 3 day per week, and offers solid compensation and great benefits.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in labor & employment law, with exposure to litigation
- Minimum 1 year experience of filing at the State and Federal level in Texas

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Relativity, LiveNote, Case/Time Map, Summation, Adobe Acrobat, and Trial Director preferred.
