As the Lead Marketing Concierge, you will be responsible for the generation of leads, promotion/booking of eligible vacation ownership presentations, and the promotion/sale of vacation packages where applicable to Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members and other qualified customers. You will also assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs.

SCHEDULE DETAILS:

Our Lead Marketing Concierge will work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Provide concierge services to guests by recommending local dining experiences and attractions while presenting ownership opportunities.
  • Acts as a mentor and coach for new Team Members in an effort to improve and support onboarding program.
  • Provides feedback and areas of opportunities to Marketing Management.
  • Handle customer related issues or concerns
  • Other tasks assigned by the management.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
  • Minimum 1 year sales, sales related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience
  • Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented with excellent communication and verbal presentation skills with the ability to persuade others and overcome objections.
  • Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills
  • Thorough understanding of the local area
  • Proficiency in English (speak, read, write)


It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Minimum 6 months of Timeshare Marketing experience
  • 1 + year experience in a performance based position with a commission component to its compensation structure
