A client of Insight Global is looking for a talented and experienced Lead UX Design Contractor to support their Clinical UX/Product team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading early stage research and design efforts for a key initiative focused on the clinical workflow and visit experience for our network of clinicians. Your expertise in UX design, user research, and design strategy will be essential in shaping our digital products and services. You will work to make user centered design an intrinsic part of your cross-functional team's culture. You will also help establish the standards, processes and best practices for designing the end-user experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years experience in UX, Interaction Design, or Product Design with 2 years experience leading design initiatives
- Deep knowledge of user research techniques, including both generative & evaluative methodologies.
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
- Experience working on Healthcare applications, preferably EMRs/EHRs
- Experience working in both Mobile Application and Web Application Design
- Very self sufficient Designer with excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Enterprise UX experience

Experience building or contributing to a design system.
