ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
  • Building and managing email briefs to improve customer journeys (boost customer engagement)
  • Building email reports to analyze and share key learnings from results of email campaigns with stakeholders
  • Website content entry and management for blog and L&E
  • Competitive Analysis of Content (Education and customer journey)
  • Supports creative writing efforts for email campaigns
  • Writing reports on industry trends


ANCILLARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • All other duties as required or needed.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Should be taking courses in any of the following areas: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Psychology, Marketing Analytics, Consumer Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Advertising
  • High school diploma required
  • Proficient time and project management skills
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient administrative and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
