The LPN performs routine duties within the limits of training and certification in caring for the hospitalized patient. The care is rendered under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs other duties related to the work described herein.

Qualifications

Education: High School graduate, GED or 3 years relevant experience. Graduate of LPN program

Experience: One year experience in acute rehab or hospital setting.

Licenses/Certifications: LPN Florida license, BLS, IV Certification or immediately after hire, Stroke Certification
