• FTE Status: 36 hours/week
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8am - 5pm (off on Wednesdays), NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS!

Bellin Health is currently seeking the unsung heroes of the health care profession, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Medical Assistants (MA). As an LPN or MA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients in the primary care setting. You will be responsible for gathering patient information, such as medical history, health concerns, and symptoms. You will collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to assess the patient's condition and deliver treatment. In addition, you will administer medication and vaccinations, communicate various treatment plans, along with monitor and maintain medical equipment.

On a given day as a clinic LPN/MA, you will play the role of a collaborator, educator, and advocate for the patients. You will spend time:

• Accurately recording patients' medical history, vital statistics and test results into EPIC
• Conduct screening, diagnostic treatment and rehabilitative, and other supportive services which is part of a team-based care model approach
• Identify patient problems and assist in care planning as an integral part of the treatment team
• Prepare and administer medications and immunizations under guidance/orders of RN or provider
• Provide patient education on healthy living
• Manage patient flow in the clinic
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment to be within infection control standards
• Obtain specimens as provided by provider
• Perform follow up calls to patients

• Valid State of Wisconsin LPN license and/or Medical Assistant certificate
• Strong communication skills

• Competent in basic health care procedures
• Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
