General Purpose of Job:

Administer Massage Therapy to MAC members and guests.

Essential Duties:

This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis. Caregivers may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by their leader. Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position.

• Administer Massage Therapy to MAC members and guests.
• Ensure massage equipment is safe, clean and professional.
• Ensure massage rooms are safe, clean and professional.
• Must be on time for work and available for client's needs.

Job Requirements

General Requirements

• Massage Therapy certification • Massage Therapy License from the State of Michigan • CPR

Work Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in massage therapy.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills

• Must demonstrate strong communication skills. • Demonstrates ability to use a keyboard as may be required to perform the essential duties of the job. • Massage therapist must be motivated and able to work independently as well as with others preferred
