Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Market Team as a Market Barista. The Market Barista will support “ A Seattle Collection ”, a multi-property cluster comprised of Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle.

Hyatt Regency Seattle’s Market provides a quick, efficient, and delicious dining option for our guests on the go! Whether our guests prefer a hot cup of their favorite coffee with a warm breakfast sandwich in the morning, a delicious sandwich or salad from our Grab and Go selection, or a casual dining option in the evening, the Market has something for everyone!

Our Market Baristas will assist our guests in our gourmet café and market and will be responsible for fulfilling guest orders. Market Baristas will prepare food and beverage orders, provide quick and efficient dining options, and assist in cashiering items from the Market . As a member of the Market team, you will ensure all guests feel welcomed in your clean and inviting environment. If you’ve ever wanted to be part of your own coffee shop and market, this is the position for you!

The hourly rate for this position is $20.95 to $21.37. The starting rate is $20.95/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who remain in the position for four years, which is $21.37/hour.

This position earns additional compensation from gratuities and tips given at the guest’s discretion, as well as service charges on applicable orders. When a delivery is made to a guest's room, this position will earn an additional $5 per delivery made.

• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred

• Candidate’s should have a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
