We are in search of a Nail Technician $8.32 per hour plus service charge and commission to join our Grand team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. About the role

Provide guests with high quality customer service standards and expectations of nail services.

What will you be doing?
• Analyze guest's nails and physical features to determine and recommend treatment.
  • Demonstrate and sell retail items.
  • Schedule guest appointments.
  • Educate guest on nail and skin needs.
  • Attend and maintain License requirements and additional training to keep up with trends and techniques.
  • Help with essential clean up and maintenance of daily Salon atmosphere and work areas.
  • Maintain guest records.
  • Follow promotional adds to promote business.
  • Follow safety and sanitation standards.
  • Flexibility with schedules to accommodate business needs.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?
• Must hold a State of Wisconsin Manicurist or Cosmetology License.
  • Must be familiar with all techniques of manicure and pedicure services.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes of customer and personal services.
  • Must be familiar with customer needs assessments.
  • Must meet quality standards for service and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of nail properties, functions, disorders, and basic maintenance, including danger signs of infections, sanitation/disposal methods, and product techniques.
  • Ability to read, write and speak verbally in English.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, and climb for more than half of the normal work day.
  • Must work well both with others and independently and be a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain an effective relationship with all department management, staff, personnel and general public.
  • Must work well under pressure.
  • Previous experience as a nail technician required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
