Roles & Responsibilities:

 Implement and maintain firewall policies, rules, and configurations

to meet security requirements.

 Conduct regular security audits and assessments on firewall

infrastructure.

 Implement changes to the security infrastructure in a controlled

and planned manner.

 Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and

resource availability.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation,

including configurations, diagrams, and procedures.

 Act as a point of contact for Level-1 support technicians, offering

guidance and expertise in troubleshooting.

 Investigate and resolve network-related issues, providing timely

and effective solutions.

 Perform root cause analysis for incidents related to Nokia routers

and implement preventive measures.

 Document incident details, actions taken, and resolutions for

future reference and analysis.

 Conduct routine maintenance activities, including firmware

upgrades, patch management, and system optimizations.

 Ensure network security measures are in place and aligned with

industry best practices and organizational policies.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Systems

Administrators, Security Analysts, and Application Developers, to

support integrated solutions.
