Role: Non-Profit Staff Accountant (Contract)

Hiring Type : Contract (6-9 months)

Pay Range: $32 - 37 hour

This is an exciting opportunity with one of our top non-profit clients looking for a Staff Accountant. They are looking for someone who has prior Staff Accountant experience and can start immediately. This is a great opportunity with potential to convert after 6-9 months!

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Non-profit industry required
• Strong communication skills
• 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Professional, personable, and has strong attention to detail

Responsibilities
• Perform financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Conduct bank reconciliations on a regular basis
• Assist with the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
