• First Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30pm
• Second Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30pm
• Third Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor residents' health conditions and promptly report any changes.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate medical records for each resident.
• Follow established protocols to ensure resident safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Active PA nursing license in good standing.
• A genuine passion for senior care and exceptional service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience in senior care preferred but not required - new graduates are welcome!
