What do we want?

We seek detail-oriented individuals with a passion for how things work. Our Lube Shop Manager will be responsible for inspecting, changing the oil, oil filter and refill with the required amount of oil. This position will manage the entire oil change process and a group of 4-6 Lube Technicians, ensuring a quality output and driving sales for the site.

Responsibilities

• Performs multipoint inspection
• Manages productivity of Lube Technicians
• Inspect fluid levels
• Check air pressure of tires
• Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil
• Develop and manage cohesive relationships with team and customers
• Replace oil and air filters
• Interdepartmental collaboration to increase communication throughout site
• Develop team goals to optimize ticket maximization
• Willing to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Intermediate Computer Skills
• Self-motivated
• Mechanical aptitude
• On-call Shifts as needed
