Insight Global is looking for an Oracle HCM Business Systems Analyst on behalf of one of the worlds leading casual dining restaurant companies. This person will join the IT Enterprise Systems team that has recently implemented Oracle Fusion. As a BSA, you will be responsible for management, support, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion applications specific to Human Capital Management including Hire to Retire: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Talent, Learning, Workforce, Recruitment & Onboard, Absence. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement solutions that optimize business processes. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion applications will be instrumental in driving efficiency, streamlining operations, and ensuring the successful utilization of these systems across various departments.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience working in a business analysis environment, with a focus on supporting and implementing Oracle Fusion applications in HCM (Human Capital Management) area.
- Excellent functional skills including ability to find and define solutions with the business, experience writing functional specs, and configuring the system
- Proficiency in databases, excel, HCM Extract, BI Reports including RTF, eText and Excel Template, and XSL and OTBI reports.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in IT Engineering/Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Oracle Cloud Certifications
