Technical / Functional Skills:
• 15+ years Implementation / Support experience inimplementing Oracle HCM Applications.
• 5+ years working with Oracle HCM in a SolutionArchitect role.
• Should have solid understanding of the Product andBusiness processes related to Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.
• Must have experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modulesincluding Core HR, Benefits, Absences, Time & Labor, Payroll, Compensationand Talent & Performance.
• Experience working for BIG4 is a Plus.
• Should have a solid understanding of deliverymethodology and must have led teams in the implementation of solutionsaccording to the design and architecture.
• Should be well-versed in the latest architecturetrends and must be able to provide insights on market/technical conditions andfuture direction. They must be able to define new solutions and drive anindependent project from an architectural standpoint.
• Should be well versed in creating design andcreating architecture specifications for Oracle Cloud HCM solutions withspecific experience around security roles, access and domain, data extracts,data migration, integration with other systems and reporting capabilities.
• Should have a proven track record of deliveringsolutions within defined timeframes while performing work and managing complexand/or large consulting projects.
• Experience with Organizational Change Management isstrongly preferred.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, issueanalysis, and resolution skills.
• Experienced communicating with executives andstakeholders
• Experience leading IT initiatives across variousmethodologies
• Passion for leading and implementing change.
• Must be able to manage time, work under pressure anddeliver to tight deadlines.
• The ability to work collaboratively across several IT andbusiness functions to gain buy-in to new processes.
