Job description

Infosys is seeking a Oracle EBS Senior Project Manager with upgrade, development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. The position will primarily be responsible for project planning; you will define the plan and execute the project activities. You will also play an important role in the upgrade, development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the project, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boston, MA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 10 years of experience with IT.
• Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in managing eBS programs - Development, Support, and upgrades, Project management skill/experience in project plan, execution, scheduling, reporting, and any other relevant activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding Client business requirements and managing client expectations.
• Ability to work in cross-functional team involving technical and functional consultants and the end user.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in client facing roles of Project Management
• Understanding of the Oracle EBS Application various business processes and technologies.
• Consulting around analysis/resolution Oracle eBS technology/processes
• Excellent analytical skills which have been used to develop multiple templates for optimizing risk EBS remediation templates, responsibility mining activities.
• Experience in conflict management and resolution.

The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, Chats, and face to face.
