Pony Xpress is a FedEx Ground Independent Contractor with locations in the Cincinnati, Columbus, and Cleveland, Ohio areas. We are looking for drivers with 1+ year of relevant driving experience. Which includes, but not limited to:

• Step-vans
• Box trucks
• Cargo vans
• Sprinter vans

Delivery Driver Basic Requirements

• Must be able to pass a Background Check
• Must be able to pass a Drug Screen
• Must be able to pass a DOT Physical to obtain a DOT Card or already have one
• Eligible to work in the U.S
• Valid driver's license
• 21+ years old

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use hand-held device for routing and customer delivery information.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered into and out of your vehicle
• Lift, load, and deliver packages up to 150 lbs (dolly is provided)

Compensation

• Step Van & Box Truck Drivers - $175/day (no hourly rate)
• Performance incentives for all drivers (perform well = higher earning POTENTIAL)
• All drivers are paid bi-weekly
• W2 position

Other Details

• FedEx branded vehicle is provided
• No CDL required
• One weekend day is required for all drivers
• All shifts start at 8:00 A.M.
• All routes are designed to take anywhere from 8-12 hours. There is no designated time for the end of each shift.
