SCOPE/POSITION OVERVIEW
Paralegal supports attorneys in high volume transactional legal matters.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 2 years college course work or equivalent technical training required
  • Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Prior work experience in a corporate legal and/or corporate law firm environment required
  • Previous experience with corporate contracts preferred
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Word required


RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
  • Provide regular support for PGA TOUR's digital platforms, including the preparation, review and negotiation of vendor agreements and insertion orders.
  • Prepare, review and negotiate commercial agreements for PGA TOUR-sanctioned tournaments, including title sponsorship, facilities and tournament agreements.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and negotiation of contractual arrangements, including: marketing agreements, vendor agreements, ticketing and hotel agreements, leases, independent contractor, consulting, and other business arrangements of the PGA TOUR, as directed.
  • Support PGA TOUR Gaming, including on compliance and reporting matters.
  • Assist with other legal matters across the various business divisions of the PGA TOUR.
  • Special Projects or other duties as assigned.
