Job Title Paralegal Job Description Sage is currently seeking an exceptional Paralegal to support the company’s continued growth. We are looking for collaborative, self-motivated individuals who want to make an impact as a member of the Sage North America Commercial Legal Team. The Legal Team is responsible for providing legal support to the company focusing on cloud computing, software licensing, data privacy, dispute management, as well as general corporate matters. Key Responsibilities • Day-to-day advice and counseling to sales, customer service/support, marketing, product
management, R&D, and other key functional areas
• Manage organization and storage of legal documents.
• Assist in the negotiation of NDAs, customer contracts, and vendor contracts
• Develop and implement legal training for internal clients
• Assist with dispute management
• Provide support for other attorneys and for company-wide legal initiatives, as needed
• 1-3 years’ applicable experience
