Our client is looking for a Paralegal to join the team! This position will focus on documenting how associates at the company work. This company employs associates in over 50 countries globally, all of which require hiring documentation and policies. Labor laws are ever-changing and the company needs to ensure our associates know their rights and obligations. One of the ways we do that is via employment documentation - employment agreements, handbooks, work rules, policies, and more. You will play a critical role in supporting the business by helping to ensure our documents are relevant, current, and accessible to our associates.

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will be comfortable interpreting legal guidance, and partnering with the Legal team, in order to support the creation, publication, and maintenance of our employment documents. Looking for 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
