Part Time HR Recruiter - Dekalb, IL

$28-30/hr (depending on experience)

Stable and large manufacturing organization is seeking a part time HR Recruiter who can work in a fast-paced environment to join their team! The ideal candidate for this role is very organized, proactive, and has great communication skills. Excellent growth and career path, health benefits and pay up to $30/hr. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Metrics -
  • Ensuring requisitions are entered by hiring managers in timely manner.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with agencies, hiring managers, HRSC, and other stakeholders to fill positions with the best talent.
  • Measures time to fill rate- overall job requisition status.
  • Act as Liaison between staffing agencies and supervisors to schedule interviews. Manage staffing vendors and evaluate time to fill.
  • Coordinate orientation/onboarding with training team and TA.
• Project Management
  • Other administrative duties as needed/assigned.
  • Partnering with management team to evaluate current staffing providers concerning overall quality, communication, and SLA (Service Level agreement)
• Retention Initiatives
  • Assisting with engagement strategies, reward systems, and external labor market analysis.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, monitor recruitment process, and measure/support with turnover and retention.
• Best Practices
  • Implementation lead for Dekalb recruitment best practices.
  • Aligning best practices for Dekalb recruitment team surrounding structure in communication, process, etc. Defined agency, HR, and Hiring manager communication practices.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company by implementing new processes and fine-tuning current processes.

Job Requirements:

Year(s) of Experience: 2-4+ years of recruitment experience

Industry: knowledge with light industrial/manufacturing industry

Education: HS Degree

Software: MS Office, ATS
