Position Responsibilities
The person in this position is responsible for tutoring advanced physiology and pathophysiology principles in small group sessions for students requiring additional assistance, as well as providing comprehensive class previews to address student queries before all exams. The role requires the development of customized teaching approaches in consultation with the Course Coordinator.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science
- Valid nursing license
- 2 years clinical experience as an RN in the ICU
- Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as an employee at VCU
- At least 30 hours of course work in nurse anesthesia
