Job Description:
Foreman Plumbers needed for a commercial renovation project. You will be supervising up to 3 workers onsite. You will be working your tools 75% of the time and doing paperwork, time-tracking on paper timesheets and ordering materials for the jobsite the other 25% of your time. You will be doing demo work on existing plumbing and then installing PVC, CPVC, Cast Iron and copper pipe up to 8 inches, and you must be able to solder. You must be able to read and layout from blueprints. You will be given a week’s worth of work and will be expected to lay it out and coordinate the work. You will report to the Project Manager and/or Superintendent. You must have hand tools of the trade. You will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check upon arrival.
