Job Summary:

Lockton Dunning Benefits is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic consulting team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing pricing strategies and models that align with our clients’ business objectives and market conditions.



ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with project teams to gather and analyze data on competition, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Develop and refine pricing models and strategies using advanced statistical methods.
  • Provide pricing recommendations based on detailed cost analysis and profitability forecasts.
  • Prepare and present pricing analysis reports to senior management and clients.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams by providing insights that inform pricing decisions.
  • Build dashboards and exhibits that monitor key metrics and derive insights for a wide range of audiences
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate the impact of pricing changes.
  • Monitor ongoing pricing strategies and make adjustments in response to market changes and business priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to pricing.


Requirements:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a consulting or corporate setting.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
