In addition to providing patient care, this physician has 0.2 FTE dedicated time as a clinician informaticist, reporting to the CMIO, supporting primary care and population health. In this role, the clinician will serve as liaison between CHA Information Technology and Operations to inform population health and value-based care initiatives. Candidates who will be most successful in this role include those with good communication skills, experience with innovative care models, data analytics, and operational governance, as well as facility with information technology; experience with Epic EHR a plus.
