Product Marketing Manager, Small Business - Signals Responsibilities


  • Drive signals and ads ecosystem product strategy bridging short-term execution and long-term vision.

  • Identify opportunities and represent the voice of Small Businesses by conducting industry research, including deep quantitative, qualitative and competitive analysis.

  • Analyze signals product performance, synthesize industry feedback and advocate improvements.

  • Manage comprehensive, cross-functional activities including betas, positioning, policy, product documentation.

  • Partner effectively with Marketing and Communications teams to lead successful product marketing communications around test and launch phases and clearly communicate value propositions of new products to go-to-market teams.

  • Identify significant long- term strategic opportunities based on research, analysis and a strategic view of the direction of the market.

  • Perform data and financial analysis and review business plans for strategic insight.

  • Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback and represent the voice of the Small Business internally with Product Management and Engineering.

  • Help shape the signals and ads ecosystem product roadmap based on research, analysis and a strategic view of the market.

  • Define and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategy and planning including positioning, communication of value proposition, launch strategy, PR, sales and partner materials.

  • Partner closely with many cross-functional teams, including Marketing Communications, Sales Leadership, PR, Training and Product Management to drive the execution of product launches and ongoing adoption of key products.

  • Drive Small Business market requirements into product planning.

  • Drive Signals product adoption and usage rates by driving post-launch product changes, creating market-facing programs and providing effective product launch support to sales and partners.

  • Identify compelling industry Signals and ads ecosystems trends and define unmet and emerging customer needs over years based on market trends and customer behavior.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field and 3 years of work experience in a marketing-related field. Experience must include 3 years of experience in the following:

  • Communicating with technical, business, and external stakeholders

  • Influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers and teams to drive results

  • Defining and managing comprehensive go-to-market strategy and planning by coordinating many cross-functional teams to drive the execution of product launches and ongoing adoption of key products

  • Creating go to market strategies for complex/technical-related products

  • Presenting to technical, business, and external stakeholders

  • Distilling complex information for unfamiliar audiences

  • Crafting analysis and opportunity sizing to support channel marketing and sales campaigns and efforts

  • Navigating ambiguous work environment and leveraging internal and external resources for support.
