What You Will Do:
  • Ensures required materials are available at machine center.
  • Erects and tapes boxes for upcoming orders.
  • Operates the bagger and loads finished product into boxes.
  • Fills in for others due to vacation or absence and during breaks and lunches.
  • Performs quality checks and makes adjustments throughout all work orders to ensure quality products. This will be accomplished by making manual adjustments to the equipment.
  • Completes production data sheet and other production records.
  • Assist with shift changeover.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned


Position Details:
  • Plant location: Fort Worth, Texas
  • Work week and shift: Monday - Friday, 40 hours
  • Compensation package offered: $17 per hour


Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1 year od previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to use basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and decimals
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this role


Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to complete training and master skills that are required by position (including but not limited to Hazardous Material Safety and DOT training)
  • Ability to understand and track safety, quality and productivity data, including run rates, fill weights, and averages
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with Total Production Management (TPM) & Continuous Improvement Systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team
