Hours/FTE: 40/1.0 FTE This position may include regional travel and require occasional night and weekend commitments.

We're looking for a dedicated, dependable, and highly detail-oriented person with excellent project management expertise who will help plan and execute cultivation, donor relations and stewardship plans for our top donors and prospects.

Working as a Project Coordinator at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. you will:

• Partner with Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship on the development, tracking and coordination of top donor relations and stewardship plans. Lead execution of work by managing each individualized plan, ensuring that the assigned gift officer is provided with the necessary tools, actions, deadlines, and assignments.

• Manage all philanthropic naming and recognition needs, including our comprehensive naming recognition policies, execution of guidelines, procurement, and installation of recognition.

• Partner with gift staff to provide relevant details when naming opportunities are included in proposals and gift conversations.

• In partnership with gift officers, manage coordination and collection of information from appropriate medical center internal stakeholders for Stewardship Reports to donors, ensuring reports are produced in a timely manner internally and shared with donors in a timely manner.

• Ensure the SVP of Development and the CEO are prepared for top donor visits and meetings by managing executive briefing creation process in partnership with gift staff, prospect development staff and executive admin.

• Create, improve, and manage new and existing systems to ensure gift staff are provided with the necessary tools to increase their effectiveness with major gifts solicitation, donor relations and stewardship.

• Manage stewardship gifting program in partnership with team admin.

• Manage all needs for general tours to include scheduling with clinical leaders for appropriate tour spots, training gift staff and keeping tour resources up to date.

• Manage medical center's ongoing personalized paver/brick campaign, including ordering, scheduling and coordinating installation.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5 years of working experience in a related field


Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Detail oriented, with project management and/or project tracking experience.

• Strong written, presentation, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skill

• Experience with Raiser's Edge

Unique Skills:

• Previous project management experience

• PMP or similar certification
