Work you'll do/Responsibilities
  • In the Operate capacity, help business users with the day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate with Buyers and Replenishment Distribution team to manage purchasing module
  • Should be able to handle high priority issues, business communications and escalations
  • Manage daily defects or bugs reported in the RMS purchasing module including all the integrations, customization, and the Oracle base
  • Coordinate with Oracle support for the issues being reported in the Oracle base and as well in the customization developed by Oracle for the client
  • In the testing, coordinate with QA team and make sure the end-to-end testing is done properly as the landscape has tight integration with multiple third-party applications
  • Follow ITIL process and manage ticket for the Operate project
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly review of the tickets in the purchasing track
  • Manage and coordinate with the Offshore purchasing team on the development, testing and deployment of the fixes
  • Since the RMS at client is tightly integrated with multiple third-party application, Resource should have basic knowledge of the following applications- EDI, OSP, WIN, SCRS, IET and RIB and work with these teams and represent RMS in the multi team meetings
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • Oracle RMS Technical and Functional Knowledge (retail industry expertise)
  • Inventory, Purchasing and Finance modules within RMS
  • Working with Oracle development tools including PLSQL, SQL,
  • Development with SQL and PL/SQL best practices including OA framework
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
