Insight Global is looking for a project engineer for a large engineering consulting company local to Santa Ana, CA. This person will need to have a strong background in civil engineering projects specific to design, site layout, and stormwater management. They will be the main point of contact between the project manager and engineer teams to ensure tasks are completed and schedules are met in a timely manner, in addition to planning, organizing, and supervising land development project activities. This position is onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remote.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years of civil engineering experience
- Civil design background and ability to provide solutions to design challenges
- Experience with Civil 3D and Bluebeam.
- Proven ability to work on multiple project concurrently.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
- Experience working cross functionally with engineering teams.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- EIT certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in hydrology and drainage software including CivilDesign, Hydrocalc, SWMM, routing software and others

PE license
