We offer interns an opportunity to receive diversified training through on-the-job assignments using the technical skills acquired in college. Each intern will be assigned a mentor to help develop both technical and professional skills.
Position Description
Some of your duties as an intern will be:
• Assist field engineers/project managers and/or estimating and scheduling departments on a construction project either at a project site or divisional office.
• Working side by side with experienced Project Managers and/or Estimators provides an excellent environment for both academic and career growth.
• Assisting project engineering, project accounting, and superintendent staff with daily duties including but not limited to: managing project document flow, taking progress photos of job sites, submittal review and approval process, RFI process, change management process, and any other duties specific to each jobsite.
• Working side by side with experienced Project Managers, Field Supervision, and/or Estimators provides an excellent environment for both academic and career growth.

Internship Position Requirements
- Junior or Senior in Construction Management, Heavy Civil Engineer or Engineering Degrees
- Ability to commit to full time employment (40 hours a week) during the summer OR at least 4 hours a day at least 3 days a week during the school year.
- Solution oriented, problem solver with ability to apply themselves
