• Established in 1997 and now a 203-bed hospital

The role you'll contribute: The Project Manager/Executive Assistant will provide project management and project support for the Executive Offices. The core responsibility is to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives by ensuring smooth and effective workflows and meeting established deadlines. They also serve as a point of contact for cross functional projects; manage relationships and expectations with cross functional teams.

The Project Manager/Executive Assistant facilitates project teams in collaboration with multiple internal and external leaders. Oversees the development of department tools, project teams and project task management to ensure performance consistency with department goals, objectives, outcomes, measurements, and metrics to further advance initiatives. Supports and works directly with the designated Campus Executive to develop operational processes and actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

• Plan and manage deliverables for projects and strategic initiatives.

• Serves as the project management lead to internal and external leaders and assigned teams.

• Develops the project scope of work, defined measurements, metrics, and strategies for all projects undertaken including development of key goals and objectives

• Responsible for project and process management to include, but not limited to, project scope of work, project timelines, communication plan and updates to internal and external stakeholders, meeting agenda development, and production and distribution of project deliverables and documents to internal and external stakeholders.

• Works with executive department leadership to manage and track project status and success measure and maintains project records electronically.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Project Management or Project Management or related field

Preferred qualifications:

• Minimum of (3) years of project management, process management, executive assistant support, business operations, communications, consulting, or management experience.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Project Management or Project

Management or related field

• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
