Job Description:

The role of the software test manager is to lead the testing team. Test Manager plays a central role in the Team. The Test Manager takes full responsibility for the project's success. The role involves quality & test advocacy, resource planning & management, and resolution of issues that impede the testing effort.

Additional job details and special considerations:

Test and validate the HHS applications on Salesforce platform post remediation, platform stabilization, performance tweaking and trigger updates. This position also performs systematical testing and analyzing various aspects of product development and service delivery to detect potential flaws and ensure alignment with industry and internal standards.

Required skills:

• 5 years of Skilled with Database query languages (SQL PL/SQL).
• 5 years of Skilled in developing Requirements Traceability Matrices.
• 5 years of Skilled in developing and executing Test Scripts.
• 5 years of Skilled in developing Test Plans and coordinating user Acceptance Testing.
• 5 years of experience with general IT SDLC processes.
• 4 years of experience using JIRA for managing project/sprint tasks
• 4 years of Working in an Agile SDLC environment.
• 4 years of Strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users.

Preferred skills:

• 2 years of Experience working on projects utilizing agile project management methodologies.
• 2 years of Experience with Automation Testing.
• 2 years of Experience with Health and Human services.
