Our client, a Manufacturing company, is seeking an HR Recruiter II to join their Talent Acquisition Team.

As an HR Recruiter II, you will be a key part of the Talent Acquisition department, supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver with experience in fast-paced environments.

Job Title: HR Recruiter II

Location: Hybrid - Marlborough, MA

Pay Range: $45.40/hr
(temporary 5-month contract)

What's the Job?

• Recruit top talent for open positions across the company.
• Manage multiple clients and competing hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Ensure adherence to all recruiting and hiring laws and regulations.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting/staffing (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Bonus Points:

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Benchmarking and compensation analysis experience
