Research Associate, Cell Biology 2029849Location:Cambridge, MA (Onsite)Science:Small MoleculeTherapeuticArea:OncologyJob Overview: This role involves independently developing and optimizing cellular screening assays, analyzing data, utilizing cell and molecular biology techniques, and conducting experiments to assess various biological factors.Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Execute experiments to evaluate target dependency, off-target liabilities, phenotypic responses, and resistance mechanisms.
• Employ cell and molecular biology techniques to dissect mechanism of action, design and document experiments
• Generate and interpret data

Primary Job Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters in oncology, cellular biology, molecular biology, or related discipline with 1+ years of industry or relevant research experience.
• Proficiency in developing and optimizing cell-based assays across various platforms (e.g., CTG, HTRF, AlphaLISA, FC, Jess-WB, NanoBret, Nanostring).
• Experience with molecular and cellular biology techniques, including Western Blot analysis, and familiarity with genome editing techniques (CRISPR or si/shRNA) for engineering cell line models
