  • Receive/Route Calls into Sales Queue
  • Receive incoming calls and route to the appropriate department if not related to a new account set-up or existing merchant hardware sale. If the call is sales related, as described previously, route the call to the appropriate MSR.
  • Track Lead Distribution
  • Track prospects/Leads that come into the Sales queue via the IQD (Google doc) in order to evenly distribute Leads among MSRs.
  • Backup to Lead Sales Administrator
  • Process and create new Lead records in SalesForce as requested and as the Leads are provided to OpenEdge by our Partners.
  • Regular attendance and compliance within the schedule assigned
