1. Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This involves understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with products or services provided.
2. Perform account maintenance for current and existing customers, aggressively market company products and services and seek out new business opportunities
3. Act as a technical resource for offering solutions to operating/technical matters, represents the organization in outside discussions and technical forums
4. Travel within the assigned basin (OKC, Midland, Denver, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio) to interface with current NXL clients
5. Travel will be required to supporting basins and corporate centers every 6-8 weeks, or upon request
6. Develops and maintains client accounts and identifies key target accounts
7. Identifies new areas in the existing market, energy industry and beyond, where NXL Technologies can participate.
8. Be involved with Sales in communicating with customer on service-related issues to pursue win-win relationships with all customers
9. They identify opportunities for account growth by upselling or cross-selling additional products or services that align with the client's needs. This involves understanding the client's business and suggesting appropriate solutions to meet their objectives.
10. Keeps management informed by submitting regular activity and results reports, via CRM platform, phone or e-mail
11. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, schedules, and techniques
12. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
13. Effective communication between the client and internal teams is crucial. Account managers act as a liaison, conveying client needs and expectations to the relevant departments within the organization, ensuring that projects and deliverables align with client requirements.
14. Follows policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; Supports organization's goals and values

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

1. Knowledge of rentals sales, completions, coil tubing and wireline products and terminology
2. Possess strong relationships with Wireline & Coil tubing service companies across the assigned basin.
3. Intimate knowledge of the NAM pressure control market and Basin specific market understanding
