The Sales Support Professional is part of our Field Sales team, committed to introducing community partners and seniors themselves to the value our primary care centers offer with the objective of procuring new patients.

This role will support our Conviva Sales team from Miami, Broward, Palm Beach and Treasure Coast.

The Sales Support Professional is responsible for working closely with the field sales team, primary care center leadership, the health plan broker relationship manager and others, cross-functionally, to support overall prospect and patient engagement in the market. This includes both B2B and B2C channels.

The Sales Support Professional’s responsibilities include:
  • Utilize Upcoming event platform (Salesforce/BlackThorn Event Management)
  • MRC (Marketing Resources Center) - selection, preparing flyers for production and mailing.
  • Ordering collateral materials for events
  • Requesting Certificate of Liability for large events
  • Responsible for completing compliance forms and getting the approval of events and selected initiatives.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as business needs dictate.
  • Support field sales team in efficient and effective execution of events
  • Develop and maintain calendar of sales events in market.
  • Utilizing CRM (Salesforce) to provide administrative support, including lead entry, tracking, and event attendance.
  • Ensure all programs and activities adhere to compliance guidelines/CMS regulations.
  • Attend and facilitate activities as time allows.
  • Meet at least 1 per month, with Associate Directors in their market. Some of these meeting will be in person.
  • Participation in some of the assigned markets will be required. Large events examples: AEP Kick OFF, Medical Center Open Houses, other large community events (health fairs, conferences, etc., as well as large broker engagement events.

Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel
  • This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
  • 2-4 years experience in event/activity management, sales support or marketing, focusing on the senior population.
  • Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality, productivity and communication


Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's Degree.
  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • Bilingual
  • Salesforce platform experience

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
