The Sales Support team has responsibility to Develop and Deploy strategies in collaboration with Field Sales to enable sales growth objectives through ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the US market. The team supports Field Sales Management in achieving optimal inventory turns efficiency. This role is the liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain relative to end-to-end efficient order / purchase order management.
In support of efficient inventory turns management to support sales growth this role is responsible for developing and providing Advanced Analytics and Insights to Sales Leadership.
The role directly contributes to achieve sales objectives and has a high level of interaction with Sales Leadership at multiple levels.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $61,000 to $97,750. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

- Develop and Deploy strategies in collaboration with Field Sales to enable sales growth objectives through ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the assigned Sales Area(s).
- Support Field Sales Management in achieving optimal inventory turns efficiency based on sales territory
- Coordinate inventory pullback opportunities and process the required transactions in SAP
- Provide case coverage support to designated area
- Coordinate NPI launches and new Set Deployments to Field Sales
- Development and support of Field Sales Systems that drive efficiencies in the end to end Sales Process
- Develop & Provide Advanced Analytics and Insights to Sales Leadership

Education:
- BA/BS required
- Minimum of 4 years business experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, or Inventory Management and/or related experience required
- Ability to influence and develop interdependent partnering which results in meeting departmental goals and objectives is required
- Experience in field sales communication and interactions required
- Ability to make effective oral and written presentations that result in meeting the departmental goals/objectives required
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance
- Ability to work independently required
- Domestic travel up to 25% required
- Ability to apply knowledge of inventory systems in order to analyze product launches and inventory levels preferred
- Strong computer skills used in business reporting preferred
- Ability to apply Excel at an advanced level (macros, linking of files) to inventory analysis preferred
- Experience with using systems to support set requests, reallocation and deployment for New Product Introductions and competitive conversion activities preferred
- Experience with field inventory management strongly preferred
- Position is supporting the MidWest Area, preference given to candidates residing in this region
- Domestic travel up to 25%
