Job Summary:

The Sales Support team has responsibility for assisting with critical execution of our spinal surgery offerings. In particular, the development and deployment of strategies to support sales growth objectives by sales analytics, inventory management, and order management. The team is the conduit between the business and the sales organization relative to deploying and achieving business objectives. The Spine Sales Support Specialist will provide reporting and guidance to key business partners and play an integral role in helping US Spine commercial group reach its business objectives. The Spine Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for reporting inventory orders and supporting audits.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree required
  • Strong history applying sophisticated Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in interacting across all organizational levels required.
  • Creative problem-solving skills are required
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with various levels of management and external customers is required.
  • Experience in data management, analysis and visualization, with proven track record to connect the analysis to insights that inspire action.
  • Strong digital literacy used in business reporting required.
  • Ability to effectively develop and present oral presentations
  • Ability to create and follow procedures for inventory movements
  • This role may require up to 10% domestic travel


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Qlik and/or Alteryx strongly preferred.
  • Experience with inventory and sales analysis preferred


The anticipated base pay range for this position is $61,000 to $97,750. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
